DHTML scroll box

I need a hidden layer to appear upon a clicking a link on the page. The layer should appear with the option to close it. There should also be a scroll bar to navigate up and down since their might be a lot of data to scroll through.

I expect clean code (CSS and JavaScript, if necessary).

This should be modular as I will need to place your code (CSS, JavaScript) into another page.

I'm assuming the layer will be a DIV, which I will populate with data.

I will not use escrow so please only bid if you are comfortable getting paid after successful completion.
